I order coffee through Encore for my company. The quality is excellent and everyone at my office really enjoys the varieties they offer. For customer service they have been very responsive and are open to constructive feedback. All my dealing have been professional and very friendly.

We've had the monthly coffee subscription for the past several years and are never disappointed. Great coffee. The chocolate is also very tasty!

How can I describe the the smell every morning when I open my Encore Coffee canister? Indescribable, but the smile on my face might. I’m on the monthly plan and it works perfectly for me. A new variety delivered to my door the day after it roasted! Encore Coffee is the best coffee I have found and I would highly recommend it.

Delicious, locally roasted coffee. Delivered to your door! within days of roasting. You can't get fresher beans. And... the flavor. (I try to tell people it is my mastery of the brewing technique. But it's the beans.) Coffee Club. Just do it! A different handcrafted coffee every month (you can also set up delivery weekly or bi-monthly) including special roasts that are exclusive to the Club. And there is NO commitment. Stop, pause, skip a shipment, no problem. They actually send me a reminder telling me my Club shipment is coming up, and giving me the option to opt-out! Never any pressure. The Best in customer service. Great people roasting delicious coffee. Try it if you really, really like coffee.

Encore Coffee provides excellent roasted coffee and outstanding customer service. We found Mike at Encore Coffee last fall through a word of mouth recommendation and we could not be happier. They want to know your tastes and likes in what makes “the excellent cup of coffee” . . . They can deliver on every expectation. They ship or can deliver (if you live locally). We have also bought accessories and storage containers from Encore - highest quality on that front as well. We have lived around the world and have high expectations in our coffee. We are so pleased we have found Encore Coffee as they deliver in everything we want. Encore Coffee also become a highly anticipated gift in our circle of friends and family. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Mike is knowledgeable and willing to help improve your coffee game or teach you about the ins and outs of different types of coffee. His chocolate is incredible as well. Of all the different coffee I've tried throughought my ~5year coffee journey, Encore has been the highest quality so far. Would definitely recommend you get a couple blends or single origins and taste the difference for yourself.

I have known Mike for a number of years, but up until recently had never tried his coffee. I opted for a bag of his breakfast blend coffee and it was by far, one of the best cups of coffee I have ever had. My wife is in full agreeance that it is an exceptional blend of coffee. We are pretty serious coffee drinkers and it is part of our routine. At out home, we keep 4 blends of coffee in glass jars to ensure freshness. We are now deciding which coffee to throw out so we can make this a permanent part of our collection. Additionally his chocolate is amazing and was very well received by my wife and three stepdaughters in the house. So my advice is to run, dont walk to Encore and see for yourself.

I've been buying 5lb bags of the Crescendo Espresso blend from Encore Coffee Company and it's been a great experience. Their high-quality beans, excellent customer service, great packaging for freshness, and consistently delicious flavors make them a standout choice. I highly recommend for anyone looking for top-notch coffee and a fantastic purchasing experience.

The first time I've had a cup of coffee without sugar, milk, or cream and ENJOYED it. I kept saying, "Wow!" after every sip; I couldn't believe I was drinking and enjoying black coffee. I recently subscribed for the coffee of the month and the espresso blend and I'm never going back! Both were delicious. Then, just a week later, I had an iced coffee at a local brewery and thought the coffee was super smooth in taste and my coffee-hating husband even loved it; the coffee ended up being from Encore. Definitely give it a try if you have the opportunity. We haven't had coffee this good since going to Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. Highly recommend.

Incredible coffee and chocolate!! The owner is also so kind, friendly and personable. This is easily the best chocolate I've found in KC and the variety can't be matched w the complexity of flavors. You've got to try it!
